The location is unbeatable, at the heart of Aldea Zama. There is access to bicycle rentals and electric scooters all through Aldea Zama. It’s the convenience of a home with the reliability of a hotel. A beautiful space that just works 100% of the time. Tulum is a growing destination, and as a result you can expect noise related to construction close to our location. There is currently construction nearby and noise can be loud from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. at 5 p.m.

This Lumina is located at Mareah condos. Mareah is a high end residential building in the heart of Aldea Zama, in close proximity to all local attractions, including cenotes, the night life, the beach, and much more. Aldea Zama is a pedestrian and bicycle-friendly community, there are lots of walking and biking trails that intertwine throughout the jungle.

The most common way to get around Tulum is by bicycle, car or taxi. This Lumina is located 5-10 mins ride to beach by car or taxi. We have free parking outside the building.
